TPN is
controlled by a Board of Directors. While
TPN will be organized as a LLC, there are no
funds that flow into TPN making it a
non-financial entity. Below is a list of the
Directors and a brief biography of each one.
Executive Director Jim Terracciano, CTC, MCC:
A passion for cruising led Jim into the
travel industry as his second career in
1996. Since then he has been able to
capitalize on the extensive managerial and
organizational skills obtained during his
previous 25 year career in law enforcement.
Having always been a staunch advocate of
professionalism, he attended and graduated
from travel school prior to he and his wife
Nancy opening their first home based,
independent agency. Along the way Jim has
attained several industry certifications
including CTC and DS from the Travel
Institute, MCC from CLIA, and numerous
‘expert’ certifications from various
suppliers as well as IATAN accreditation. He
has accepted active roles within the
industry such as appearing on panels at
trade shows, being interviewed for trade
articles, hosting a seminar at sea, and most
notably as accepting an appointment in 1998
as the first, and current, Member at Large
on the NACTA Board of Directors. In that
capacity he was a speaker at the ASTA Scam
Conference in Washington D.C. in 2000. Jim
and Nancy are the co-owners of their second
home based agency, Cruise & Land Affairs,
located in Dunkirk, MD. You may contact Jim
